Ingredients
1 cup cashews
1 cup dried figs
1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup almond meal
Pumpkin spice to taste
Instructions
1. Blend everything.
2. Scoop out mixture and form into balls
3. Coat with cocoa powder and top with pumpkin spice
4. Refrigerate until ready to eat
5. Plate, serve and enjoy!
