Bombay Halwa can be easily prepared at home. It requires very less ingredients and the outcome is fabulous! Patience is the key (You need a lot of patience as you need to keep stirring for almost 15-20 mins). But the result is worth all the strain. Hope you like this one. Happy cooking!
Ingredients:
* Corn Flour – 2 Cups
* Sugar – 1 1/2 Cups
* Water – 1-2 Glasses
* Orange/Red Colour – 1/2 Tspn
* Ghee – 4-5 Tspns
* Nuts – 1/2 cup
* Lime Juice – 1 Tspn
* Kewra/Rose Essence – 1 tspn (I have used Orange essence)
