Halwai Style Barfi Sweets Recipe At Home | Chana Dal Barfi Recipe | Sweet Barfi | Bengal Gram Barfi
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 Cup Chana Dal/ Split Chickpeas
Soak For 1 Hour
Wash Well
Pour In a Pan
1 Cup Milk
1 & ½ Cup Water
1/8 Tspn Salt
Stir Occasionally
Cook Until Soften
Cool Down
Pour In Blender
½ Cup Milk
Blend Smooth
2 Tbsp Ghee
Blended Chana Dal
Keep Stirring
2 Tbsp Ghee
Cook For 5-6 Min.
½ Cup Jaggery
Mix Well
½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
Cook For 3-5 Min.
Grease Oil in a Pan
Pour
Spread Well
Nuts on Top
Keep Aside
Cut Into Pieces

Cook For 3-5 Min.

Pour
Spread Well
Nuts on Top
Keep Aside
Cut Into Pieces
