green lettuce, washed and chopped
3 eggs, scrambled and pan fried, thinly sliced
1 block kamaboko, cut into thin strips
1 cup, thinly sliced ham
1/2 cup green onions (optional)
Dressing:
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp sesame seeds
