Here is a great smoothie recipe that tastes as sweet as their favorite sugary treat but has none of that refined stuff. Apple, Almond Butter and Banana (Non Dairy) Smoothie
1 frozen banana
2 tbsp (30 mL) chunky almond butter
¾ cup (180 mL) almond milk
½ cup (120 mL) apple cider
ice cubes
Blend in high powered blender until smooth.
