This Avocado Smoothie is one of the best vegan-friendly drinks to start your day or as a healthy snack to refresh on hot summer days.

Ingredients:
1 Banana
½ Avocado
½ cup Pineapple
¼ cup Spinach
1 cup Almond Milk

Recipe Notes:
1. For Best Flavor – Adding pineapple or mango tones down the taste of green spinach and helps to deliver a tropical flavor and taste
2. Almond Milk – Using non-dairy milk like almond milk, coconut milk, oat milk, or similar others makes the perfect vegan-friendly drink
3. For thickness – Banana, and avocado used here gives the ultra-thick and creamy smoothie
4. Other fruits and veggies – You can also use berries like strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, apple, cucumber, kale, and other greens for different tastes and flavor
5. Sweetener – I haven’t added any sweetener here, but you can feel free to use maple syrup, stevia, or similar other sweeteners of your choice
6. Keto-friendly – Avocado is a low carb fruit and you can skip the banana and use keto-friendly milk to make a low carb smoothie
