Banana Pineapple Smoothie
For this easy Pineapple Banana Smoothie recipe, you can use fresh pineapple and add ice cubes or use frozen pineapple.
And I don’t use pineapple juice because it’s healthier to add the whole pineapple chunk as it has fiber in it.
The banana gives this skinny smoothie a creamy texture that we love in smoothies, but if you like it less creamy, you can add more water and more fresh pineapple.
Banana Mixed berries Smoothie
You can make this smoothie year-’round because it contains frozen fruit.
The ripeness of the banana is important here as it taste better with that. Blueberry and strawberries are packed with anthocyanidins, the antioxidant compounds that give them their blue and red colors, and they’re a very good source of vitamin C, and fiber .
Bananas are also a very good source of vitamin C and manganese, as well as potassium, fiber and vitamin B6. Add the protein and calcium in the milk, and you’ve got a meal.
