2 small Ripened Bananas
400ml Low Fat Milk or Almond Milk
1/4 cup Rolled Oats
1 or 2 tablespoon Dates Syrup
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste

Place bananas, oatmeal, milk, dates syrup & vanilla bean paste in a blender and blend until smooth.
