2 Ripe Bananas/ kele
5 Seedless dates/ Khajoor
5 Cashewnuts/Kaju
5 pistachios/ Pista
5 Almonds/ Badam
5 Foxnuts/ Makhanas
2 Dried dates/ Chuhare
1.25 cups Chilled milk without cream
