Ingredients
Broken Wheat-1 Cup
For the Almond Powder
Almonds-half Cup
Sugar -half Cup
Cardamom Powder-1/2 Teaspoon
Blend the Above 3 Ingredients in a Blender and Make the Powder.
Ghee-3 Tablespoons
Cashewnuts-8 to 10 Nos
Method.
Wash and Soak the Broken Wheat for 15 Minutes Before Cooking.
Heat the Pan and Add Ghee.
Add Cashewnuts Fry Till Golden and Keep It Aside.
In the Same Pan Add Broken Wheat Fry for a Minute.
Add 2 Cups of Water ,mix and Close the Lid for 10 Minutes in Medium Flame.
Cook Till the Wheat Rava Is Cooked Properly.
Open the Lid and the Almond and Sugar Powder and Mix Well.
Add 1 Teaspoon Ghee and Cook Well.
Check the Sweetness and Add Sugar if Necessary.
Mix Properly and Finally Add the Fried Cashewnuts and Serve.
