Hey everyone! In today’s video I am showing you how to make healthy chicken tenders or chicken strips at home! these homemade chicken fingers are baked and make for a great healthy dinner recipe. you can even make smaller ones and into nuggets!

Healthy Chicken Tenders
1/2 cup hempseeds https://amzn.to/2wptugZ
1/2 cup almond flour https://amzn.to/2BOHK97
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp himalayan salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup avocado mayo https://amzn.to/2P7rhym
400F for 20 minutes, flipping half way. depending on your oven you might need a little more or less, just make sure the chicken is not pink!
