Here are 4 healthy dessert recipes that are absolutely delicious and easy to make! After making this video I now have a bunch of sweets at home haha.
✨Emily DiDonato’s Almond Butter Cookie Recipe:
1 cup almond butter
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 bar of dark chocolate
✨Peanut Butter Cups
1 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup of flour (I used oat flour)
1/4 cup honey, agave or maple syrup
dark chocolate bar or chips melted
✨Blueberry Cobbler
I didn’t measure it out, but here it what I used
Frozen blueberries
For the crumble:
Oats
Cinnamon
Maple syrup/agave
Olive oil
✨Vanilla Bundt Cake
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup agave
4 eggs
1 cup of buckwheat flour
1 1/3 cup of oat flour
1-2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup dairy free sour cream
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
*be sure to grease the bundt pan before pouring the batter in
