BANANA BREAD RECIPE:
3 medium bananas
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup plain flour (you can also use whole wheat for a healthier alternative)
3/4 cup coconut sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

MILLIONAIRE’S SHORTBREAD:

For the base:
1/2 cup + 3 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil
4 tbsp honey
1 tsp almond milk (or any type of milk)

For the chocolate:
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp honey

CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE:
1 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp oats (or oat flour)
1 egg
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp coconut oil
A pinch of salt
1/2 tbsp vanilla (optional)
1/4 tsp baking powder
