Here’s a simple healthy dressing that will convert you to a salad lover!

Spring approaches and glorious veggies are starting to abound from the ground teaming with what nature provides us to get ready for summer and to purge our bodies from the effects of all that ‘comfort food’.

It takes about 5-minutes to make, lasts weeks in the fridge and is literally my favourite dressing to date (and I’ve made a few amazing ones).

Creamy Dreamy Dressing – Recipe From Hollyhock https://hollyhock.ca/

Ingredients
⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
⅓ cup water
⅓ cup tamari
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup nutritional yeast flakes
1½ cup olive oil (cold expressed and that has not been heat treated or solvent extracted)

Instructions
Place cider vinegar, tamari, garlic and nutritional yeast in a blender and combine. With blender running, pour in oil to reach desired consistency.
