Apple almond smoothie for healthy breakfast
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup overnight soaked & peeled almonds
1 tbsp soaked pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp soaked muskmelon seeds
1 tbsp soaked sunflower seeds
1 small sized chopped apple
3-4 soft seedless dates
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp honey & chopped apple for garnishing
