Serves- 4
Cooking time- 10 mins
Ingredients-
Papaya- 1 whole peeled, deseeded and diced.
Ripe Bananas- 3 no.
Curd- One medium sized bowl
Honey- 4 tbsp
Chia seeds- 4 tbsp soaked in room temperature water for 15-20 mins

Method
-Mix papaya, banana, curd, honey and blend it with a hand blender or with a juicer.
-Add chia seeds and mix.
-Garnish it with a mint sprig.
