Half a small fresh Pineapple rough chopped.
2 scoops Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder! (I use Arbonne – links below)
Approx 1/2 cup Coconut Nut Milk (I use Alpro)
1/3 400ml can Coconut milk (The type used for cooking)
3 or 4 ice cubes
1 Tablespoon (or less to your taste) Raw Organic Coconut Sugar (Optional)

Blend together till smooth and enjoy!
