HEALTHY PUNJABI LEMON CHICKEN RECIPE ❤️Save it?
In a bowl mix 800 gm chicken with 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp Coriander chutney, 2 tsp crushed black pepper, salt, 2 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp kasoori methi ,1/2 tsp garam masala, juice of 1.5 lemon and 1 cup curd.
Let the chicken marinate for 1 hour.
Take a sheet of butter/parchment paper, put some capsicum or bellpepper on it. On the bell pepper put you marinated chicken with some of the marination.
On the chicken put slices of lemon.
Cover the chicken with another sheet of parchment/butter paper and start folding it from one end till it is property sealed from all the sides.
Bake in a pre heated oven at 200 degrees C for 45-50 minutes.
Cut the paper and Serve Hot ❤️
