You will need;
♡ Banana
♡ Cold Milk
♡ Honey
♡ vanilla essence
♡ cocoa powder
*tbsp: Tablespoon
tsp: Teaspoon

○ Reduce the size of your banana
○ in a blender,
○ add cold milk
○ add vanilla essence
○ add honey
○ add cocoa powder
○ add chopped banana
○ blend until smooth (^smoothie ?)
○ serve and enjoyyy as breakfast, appetizer ??

☆ Layer your ingredients from the softest up to the hardest (cold milk, vanilla extract, honey, cocoa powder, banana) to have the best treat of the Healthy Smoothie.
☆ If you don’t use cold milk, you can substitute with frozen banana or ice cubes.
