Healthy smoothie recipe (great for your immune system and fat burning)

In this video I share with you another healthy smoothie recipe, packed with all the usual nutrients and goodness of one of my smoothies, and with a sweet strawberry flavour to boot.

This healthy smoothie recipe is great for your good gut bacteria (and therefore your immune system) due to the Aloe Vera in it and it helps you burn fat too due to the caffeine in the tea.

So first I show you the necessary ingredients, starting with a cup of tea and then our usual base ingredients of oats, nuts and a mixture of seeds, along with three quarters of a pint of water.

We then add to this the fruits and vegetables, starting with the carrots. the banana, avocado and the fresh ginger.

We remove the skin from our Aloe Vera and soak in water for a minute or two. Or alternatively add 100 ml of Forever Aloe Vera gel.

Finally we wash and remove the stalks from the strawberries, add all the ingredients to the blender and blend for at least a minute.
