Hi friends…
This is an ideal breakfast smoothie for those who love eating clean and healthy.. You can include this smoothie in your weightloss journey as an ideal meal along with some egg scramble .. Perfect to go??. This smoothie keeps you full untill your next meal.

Ingredients:
*1 full apple
*1 full carrot
*quarter to half beetroot
*1 banana
*oats 3 spoon
*any milk of your choice (quarter glass)
For extra sweetness you can add honey or maple syrup or brown sugar or jaggery (optional)
Blend all together nicely.. That’s all…Ur smoothie ready.
