Ingredients:

Moong beans, Moth beans, Brown chickpeas (sprouted)
(Soaked overnight, sprouted and half cook for 1 minute)
1 small finely chopped Onion
1 small medium chopped Tomato
1 small finely chopped Cucumber
1 or 2 Green chilli (hari mirch)
finely chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing
1/4 spoon Red chilli powder (lal mirch powder)
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon Roasted cumin powder
1 tea spoon Chaat masala powder
1 tea spoon Lemon juice

Sprouts salad Recipe with step by step:

HOW TO MAKE MIXED BEAN SPROUTS AT HOME
1. Pick and clean the mixed beans.
2. Wash the beans for 3-4 times in clean water.
3. In a big bowl soak the beans with the water covering 1 inch above the beans. Soak the beans overnight.
4. Next day, discard the excess water, strain the beans completely of any residual water.
5. Cover beans with wet cloth and keep it undisturbed.
6. Check the next day to see if the sprouts are visible. If yes and you want a little longer sprouts, than cover and keep undisturbed. Do not toss or turn the sprouts. Just see and cover.
7. Check the third day and if you are satisfied with the sprouts use the sprouted beans right away.

HOW TO MAKE SPROUT SALAD OR HEALTHY PROTEIN SALAD
1. First you have to Sprout the mixed beans.
2. Once the sprouts are ready, rinse them in water.
3. Half cook sprouts if you want a crunchy taste, either steam or boil them.
4. Measure all the ingredients and keep ready for making sprouts salad.
5. Take sprouts in a big bowl or vessel.
6. Add 1 small sized finely chopped onion and 1 medium sized finely chopped tomato.
7. Next add 1 finely chopped green chili (hari mirch) and 1 small finely chopped cucumber (optional).
8. Then add ¼ teaspoon red chili powder (lal mirch powder) and Salt to taste.
9. Then add 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder and 1 teaspoon chaat masala.
10. Pour 1 teaspoon lemon juice or as required, mix well.
11. Garnish sprouts salad with coriander leaves.
12. Your healthy protein diet salad is ready to serve.
13. Serve healthy sprout salad with few lemon wedges.
