Here’s the recipe:
HEMINGWAY DAIQUIRI
2 oz. (60ml) Rum
1/4 oz. (7.5ml) Maraschino Liqueur
3/4 oz. (22.5ml) Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
1/4 oz. (7.5ml) Simple Syrup
Garnish: Lime Wheel
PREPARATION
1. Add ice to shaking glass and pour over rum, maraschino liqueur, grapefruit juice, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake well.
2. Strain mix into glass and garnish with a lime wheel. Enjoy responsibly!
