These beauties really don’t need any introduction especially if you love a curry night. They are a quick and easy midweek meal ✅ perfect for this heatwave and each folded naan are high protein so they are really filling! ?

?Ingredients (makes four folded naan):
200g chicken breast
50g tikka paste
Tsp garam masala
Tsp mild curry powder
Salt and pepper
Tsp lemon juice
80g passata
70g low fat natural yoghurt
40g mozzarella
4 mini naan breads
Optional:
Cherry tomatoes halved
Fresh coriander
Diced red onion
Recipe:
– Start frying by frying off the chicken,
– Then add the tikka paste, curry spices, the salt and pepper (to taste), lemon juice, passata and leave to simmer (alternatively use a low fat jar sauce if easier!)
– When thickened, take off the heat and stir through your yoghurt and 10g of the mozzarella
– Add the rest of the mozzarella between the mini naans
– Place in the oven until melted
– Add your tikka along with halved cherry tomatoes, red onion and fresh coriander, fold
-Push down (secure with cocktail stick if required)
