– 400- 500 Beef steak cut into thin slices
– 20ml Soy sauce
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– Salt and black peppers to taste: Bear in mind that the soy sauce is already salty. I would advise to add less than 1/2 tsp salt.
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp cornflour to make the beef crispy
– 1/2 tsp baking soda to make the beef extra tender
Set aside for one hour

For the veggies:

– Slice an onion
– 2 green onions : The white and green parts used separetely
– Half a green and red pepper
– 3 garlics

For the sauce:

– 2 tbsp say sauce
– 1 tbsp oyster sauce
– 1/2 cup water
– In a separete small bowl, mix 1 tsp corn flour with 1/2 cup water
