Macros for the WHOLE Dessert Crunch Wrap:
357 Cals, 44g Carbs, 9g Fat, 25g Protein!
Ingredients:
1 Flour Tortilla (Can use whatever brand you want. Mine had 22g carbs.)
20g PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Select Protein (“FDL” saves you 15%)
8g Coconut Flour
2g Stevia
6g Sprinkles
45g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
25ml of Water (Could 5-10ml more if your filling is too thick)
1 Reduced Fat Oreo
Directions:
1.) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Then add all your PEScience, coconut flour, and stevia to a bowl. Mix to avoid clumping. Now add your greek and mix with the dry. Try your best to mix without it spilling. You are going to get a crumbly like consistency.
2.) Now add your 25ml cold water to the bowl and mix until you have a thick icing like consistency. If it doesn’t fall off your spoon when you flip it upside down, it is too thick. Add 5-10ml more water. Add your sprinkle once you have the consistency you are looking for.
3.) Now lay your tortilla flat and add half your filling to the middle of the tortilla. Then add your oreo and then add the rest of your filling on top. Now wrap up the crunch wrap and add to your oven safe pan.
4.) Add 10ml of egg whites to a small bowl and dip your fingers into the egg whites. Rub the egg whites on the crunch wrap. Then flips over and rub it on the other side. Then flip back over and add to the oven for 8 minutes. Then after 8 minutes, turn oven on broil for 1-2 minutes until the crunch wrap is golden on top!
5.) Once done, let cool on your cooling rack (https://amzn.to/2NAsjSN) and you can either let it cool at room temp or your can throw it in the freezer to expedite the process!
