Ingredients
Roasted Oats -4 tsp (old fashioned rolled oats)
Chia seeds-1 tbsp
Dates -2 (soft & deseeded)
Flax seeds-1 tsp (roasted)
Apple-1/2 (chopped)
Cinnamon powder- pinch
Sesame milk or Almond Milk-200 ml
Melon seeds-1/2 tsp
Sunflower seeds-1/2 tsp
Pumpkin seeds-1/2 tsp
Raisins-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Soak Oats for 15 minutes , after 15 min strain & rinse , this helps to release phyticacid from oats & also prevents any digestive issues & well absorbed by the body, soak chia seeds for 10 minutes & strain then keep aside .
In a mixer jar add oats dates flaxseeds apple cinnamon powder sesame milk grind smooth then serve to glas & add sunflower seeds melon seeds pumpkin seeds raisins & soaked chia seeds .
