This recipe is very special to me its my mums recipe and has been loved by us for years……
I hope you all enjoy it too…
INGREDIENTS / RECIPE
Chicken 3 Breasts (chopped and diced)
Onion Red or White (2 medium sized)
Bay Leaves x2
Olive Oil 3 Tbsp
1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Ginger
1/2 Tsp Masala For Chicken
1/2 Tsp Coriander Podwer
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tin Coconut Milk
Fresh Tomato x3 chopped
Garlic paste 1 tbsp (and a dash more lol)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Add potatoes too this makes it even more filling.
Add this on to your rice and add a little fresh coriander on the top and as our Lee says it will be fantastish ( fantastic and delicious all at once lol)
