Homestyle chicken curry, as the name suggests, is a simple & easy to make a chicken recipe that can be whipped up in a jiffy!

Ingredients:
– 500 Gms chicken
– 6 Onions
– 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
– 4 Tomatoes
– 2 Tsp turmeric powder
– 2 Tsp red chilli powder
– 2 Tsp coriander powder
– Butter
– 2 Tsp coriander seeds
– Cracked black pepper
– 2 Tsp red chilli flakes
– 1 Tsp cumin powder
– Yellow, red & green bell peppers
– 1 Tbsp fresh cream
– Coriander leaves
– Oil
– Salt
Method:
1) In a wok or kadhai, add some oil & fry the onions in it.
2) Now add ginger garlic paste & mix.
3) Add the tomatoes & mix.
4) Add the masalas one by one – turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, followed by salt and mix well
5) Grind to a smooth paste.
6) Add butter in a pan & then add the onions.
7) Fry the onions & then add the chicken. Mix it well.
8) Add coriander seeds, cracked black pepper, red chilli flakes and mix well
9) Add the ground masala paste & mix.
10) Add the bell peppers, fresh cream & mix
11) Add coriander leaves in the end.
12) Let it cook for 2-3 minutes
The chicken curry is now ready to serve.
