salt & black pepper to your taste (i used almost 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper)
2 tsp corn starch
1 Tbs olive oil, maybe a little more
2 Tbs butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
5 Tbs honey
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs rice vinegar ( rice wine vinegar)
1 Tbs lemon juice
2 tsp hot sauce
