This mango dessert recipe is simple to make. Hong Kong Style mango pancakes are refreshing, light and good-looking dessert.
Though it is known as mango pancake but it is not actually a pancake as the name suggests. Basically it is filled with whipped cream and fresh mango pieces wrapped in a thin pillow shaped crepe.
This mango recipe tastes divine and it is super easy to make.
Ingredients:
For pancake:
6 tbs All-purpose flour
4 tbs Corn flour
4 tbs Powdered sugar
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Yellow food color
3 Eggs
For Filling:
1-2 Mangoes
100 ml Whipped cream
2-3 tbs Icing sugar
