Ingredients
250gms Boneless Chicken
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Fennel seeds
1 tsp Pepper
2 Small stick Cinnamon
3 to 4 Cloves
2 Cardamom
1 Star Anise
3 tsp Desiccated Coconut
15 to 20 Small Onion
1 Big Onion
1 tomato
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Few Curry leaves
Method
1. Wash and mix Boneless Chicken with Turmeric Powder,Salt & Lemon Juice
2. Dry roast Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, fennel seeds, pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Star anise & Desiccated Coconut
3. After it cools down,Grind it to a Powder
4. Heat a Pan, add Oil Chopped Onion,fry till it turns golden Colour
5. Add 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste and fry till raw smell goes
6. Add Chopped Tomatoes
7. Add marinated Chicken and fry nicely
8. Add Grinded Masala powder.dont add water.keep it in medium flame and cover it.
9. After 10 mins,nice aroma will come
