*Korean chicken*

Today’s series we are going to prepare a hot and spicy Korean chicken. The speciality of this recipe is that the chicken is softer and also crispier. Please try this recipe definitely your kids gonna love eating.

_*Ingredients*_
1. Chicken – 500gms
2. Ginger garlic paste – 1teaspoon
3. Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
4. Corn flour
5. Oil
6. Red chilli – 5 to 6
7. Tomato ketchup – 1/4 cup
8. Vinegar, soya sauce – 1/2 teaspoon
9. Sugar – 1 teaspoon
10. White sesame – 1 to 2 spoon
11. Salt to taste

_*Preparation*_
1. Take 500grams of chicken and wash it with turmeric and water.

2. Add one teaspoon if ginger garlic paste.

3. Add half teaspoon of pepper powder and salt and mix it thoroughly.

4. Keep it overnight or atleast 4 to 5 hours in refrigerator.

5. Take out the chicken from refrigerator and coat it with corn flour for deep fry in medium flame for 4 to 5minutes.

6. Take 5 to 6 red chill and make it as a fine paste.

7. Now deep fry the chicken again ( double fry method) in high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

8. After that, take a oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic.

9. After sauteing for few minutes add red chilli paste along with half teaspoon soya sauce and half teaspoon cooking vinegar.

10. Now add 1/4th cup of tomato ketchup and mix it thoroughly.

11. After that add one teaspoon of sugar. Make sure the gravy has been fully dried and coated with the chicken.

12. Now add one teaspoon of white sesame has a final touch. Serve it in clean plate.
