How to Cook Beef Pochero Soup (Pocherong Baka | Easy Cooking Recipe
This recipe can use either beef or pork, but in this tutorial, I used pork. It comes with almost the same ingredients as that of pochero recipe but instead of sauce, it’s soup. Apart from the meat, I’ve added sweet potato, banana plantain or saba, lettuce and cabbage.
This pork recipe will definitely make you come back for more. This makes it to our top soup recipe list to be cooked at least once or twice a month. We are also careful at choosing the part with the lesser fat, as much as possible.
This hot soup is a real comfort food to be eaten at any time of year but more preferred during cold season. This dish is best served hot.
