To cook steak is little bit tricky. From selection of meat till serving, it is difficult task. Always select Premier quality meat for steak.
Cut into 1″ – 1.5″ thick meat loaf and a Everard weight 200g – 250g.
Cook at very high heat and keep turning after every 60 -70 seconds.
Serve hot with sauce and side seasoned vegetables.
