Thai Spicy Chicken Drumstick!
ing:
6 pcs chicken legs
Coriander(cilantro) for topping
Thai sweet and Chilli Sauce for dridipping
Marinade:
1 stalk lemon grass white part only
(chopped)
2tsp fish sauce
11/2tbsp ketchup
3tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
1tsp brown sugar
3 cloves garlic minced
1/tsp salt/pepper to taste
Method:
1)Clean the chicken chicken and wipe it dry.Combine all the marinade and mix well.
2)Put in a baking dish in oven and preheat oven to 200C(395F).
3)Heat 2 tbsp of oil ,fry the marinated drumstick both side brown.(reserve the marinade for later use)dont cook thouroughly the chicken at this stage ) after fring transfer chicken to the hot baking dish.Pour the reserved marinade into the top of the chicken.Reduce the oven temperature to 190C.Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.Try it with a needle inserted into the part of the Chicken.If liquid sauce run out is clear,it’s cook already.Remove from it from the oven.Let it cool for 2mins.Put the coriandar chop on top….Ready to eat.Enjoy and dont forget to likes and share …and Subcribe my Channel.Thank you and God bless us!
