I’ve got a stir fry beef chow mein dish up ages ago; it was filmed with a mobile phone. I thought I’ll do an update on it. The noodles I’d prepared from my last video. If you guys don’t how to prepare it, refer to that video. Below is my recipe for the beef chow mein.

Ingredients;
120g sliced beef (topside)
130g noodle
100g bean sprouts (handful)
40g sliced onion
1 stalk spring onion
40ml water
Condiments;
1g salt
1g MSG
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
Dash of cooking wine
Dash of white pepper powder or two
Blanch the beef for 3 minutes; rinse and drain.
Heat wok with some vegetable cooking oil, add the onion first then bean sprouts; follow by the beef and noodles.
Add salt and MSG and water. Allow it to sizzle for a minute. Roll the wok from side to side if you can. And if you can perform a 360 flip
Add dash of cooking wine and white pepper powder and stir fry vigorously for a minute or two.
Finally add the spring onion and another dash of white pepper powder if you like to complete.
