How to: Delicious 100g Protein Smoothie Recipe (680 Calories)


Yeah you read that title correctly, this smoothie has 100g of protein! This is perfect for anyone on any type of diet, Especially if you’re cutting and trying to retain as much muscle as possible.
This is obviously high in protein and contains almost no fat, and has about 60g of carbs.

This is something I drink after a workout, it gives me loads of energy and is used as a supplement to ensure I have retaining as much muscle as possible. Try this recipe out or modify how you’d like! Please leave a comment below of what you think!
