I’m also showing you how I make the ultimate thick chocolate chip cookie dough smoothie. It is SO healthy and SO filling and really helps when I have out of control hunger.

I always listen to my body so when I’m extra hungry I make sure I’m fueling myself and balancing my hormones and blood sugar by having these 4 things at every meal; protein, healthy fat, high-fibre carbs and veggies. This makes sure that you’re actually full after meals.

When you’re hungry you actually need to eat, nourish your body, listen to it. If it’s just a craving, I usually try and notice them and learn from them, then indulge mindfully and move on with my life. I find it’s better to indulge guilt free.

Treating yourself is part of a healthy lifestyle ?

SMOOTHIE RECIPE:
1/2 C frozen banana
1 C frozen cauliflower
1/2 C ice
2 tbsp raw cacao
2 tbsp raw cacao nibs
2 tbsp cashew butter
2 tbsp pb2 powder
1 scoop of chocolate protein
almond milk (add slowly to make it thick)
Blend all and Top with more nut buter, cacao nibs, nuts and seeds etc.
