This quick and easy green smoothie is a staple in my morning routine. This smoothie keeps me feeling full all morning.
All you need is:
• 1 banana
• 2/3 cups frozen spinach
• 2/3 cups frozen kale
• 2/3 cup mango chunks
• 1 scoop of vanilla protein
• 1 cup fruit juice
