A few days ago, I filmed an episode called 7 Healthy Food Swaps To Burn Belly Fat. In that episode, I recommended that you swap pasta salad for egg salad. Based on that, someone asked for a healthy egg salad recipe.
This got me thinking.
Even though we have filmed over 200 step-by-step cooking videos, I don’t think I’ve ever shared my go-to quick and easy egg salad recipe. So since you asked, I’m delivering the goods to you.
Cause to be honest, I really appreciate that you’re still subscribed to our channel after all of this years we’ve been on YouTube.
So lets get into this quick and easy egg salad recipe.
This recipe makes 4 servings.
INGREDIENTS:
– 2 tbsp of avocado oil based mayonnaise (you can also use an olive oil based mayonnaise. If your mayo has soybean oil or any other vegetable oil, throw it out.)
– 2 tbsp of dijon mustard
– 9 hard boiled eggs
– 1 celery stalk
– 1/4 of a cucumber
– 1 tsp dried dill
– 1 tsp paprika
– dash sea salt
– dash of black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Roughly chop up the 9 hard boiled eggs.
2. Add the chopped eggs to a big bowl.
3. Add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and 2 tbsp of dijon mustard to the bowl.
4. Slice up the celery stalk and add it to the bowl.
5. Slice up a 1/4 of a cucumber and add it to the bowl.
6. Add 1 tsp of dried dill, 1 tsp of paprika, and a dash of black pepper, and a dash of sea salt.
7. Mix all the ingredients together in the bowl.
8. enjoy.

– Calories: 213
– Protein: 14g
– Carbohydrates: 1g
– Fat: 17g
