It’s chock full of booze, and topped off with some lemonade, Coca Cola, and grenadine. Only f you’ve already proven yourself with our Anthrax Island, Frag Grenade, Graveyard, 7 Headed Dragon, Walking Dead, AK-47, and Bacardi Volcano drinks might you be worthy of attempting this one, and even then you should have friends on hand to help you down this death wish in a bottle!
