Youā€™ll need

2 bananas
Ā½ cup plain yogurt
300 ml cold milk
1 tbsp honey
Ā¼ tsp cinnamon powder

Hereā€™s how

1. Start by peeling the bananas and placing them in a blender.
2. Then add Ā½ cup of plain yogurt, 300 ml of cold milk, 1 tbsp of honey and Ā¼ tsp of cinnamon powder.
3. Blend on a low setting to begin with and work up to a higher one.
4. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
5. Pour the drink into a serving glass. Decorate as you wish and serve.
6. Enjoy!
