Ingredients:
1/4 kg beef (sliced thinly and tenderized by meat tenderizer)
Marinade
salt
black pepper
cooking oil (frying beef)
1 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 pc onions (sliced thinly)
1/4 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup white wine
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup cooking cream (AP cream as a substitute)
1/4 cup sour cream
1 beef stock cube
1.5 cups chicken stock
thyme
dried oregano
basil and parsley as garnish
Marinade
2 tsp soy sauce
black pepper
