450 grams approx boneless chicken
3 medium size tomatoes
1 small onion
1 inch ginger
4-5 garlic cloves
1 green chili
8-10 Cashews
Whole spices (2 cardamom , 1 black cardamom , 3 kashmiri chilies, 1/2 inch cinnamon, 2 cloves)
Powder spices ( 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1.5 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp cumin coriender , 1 tsp kasoori methi )
2 tbs Butter
2 tbs Fresh cream
Salt to taste
1-2 tsp oil
Coriender leaves

1 tbs ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp kashmiri chili powder
1 tsp cumin coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala & raw mango powder
1 tsp kasoori methi
