* Butter 4 tb spoons
* Lemon juice 2 tb spoons
* Vinegar 2 tb spoons
* Turmeric 1 tea spoon
* Blackpepper 1 tea spoon
* Zard rang (zarday ka rang) half tea spoon
For Tempering (baghar)
* Half cup of cooking oil
* 2 cloves of garlic crushed
* 2 medium size tomato
* Crushed red chili (kutti mirch) 1 tea spoon
* Cayenne pepper (pissi mirch) 1 tb spoon
* Salt as per the choice
