2 tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper (or to taste)
2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 cup Milk
2 Green Chillies chopped (or to taste)
1/2 tsp all Spice Powder (Garam Masala)
