This Chicken Cutlet is very tasty and easy to prepare. This Chicken Cutlet we can have it as a evening snack or starter for any meals. All will love this very much.

Ingredients:

Chicken 500grms
Potato 300grms
Onion 3 medium size
Ginger small piece
Garlic 10 cloves
Green chillies 1 no
Curry leaves few
Egg 3 nos
Rusk 20 pieces
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 3/4 tbsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala powder 1/2 tsp
Oil to fry

Method of cooking:
Take a pressure cooker and add cleaned Chicken. Add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/4 cup of water and mix it and pressure cook for 1 whistle. Remove the chicken from the pressure cooker. Put it in a mixer jar and mince the chicken.
Peal the skin of Potatoes and clean and cut in to small pieces, put this in to the same pressure cooker and pressure cook for 4 whistles.
Place a kadai on the stove and pour 3 tbsp of oil. Add finely chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves and sauté it for few minutes. Now add the finely chopped onions and sauté it till onion becomes transparent. Now add the 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder and 3/4 tbsp of red chilli powder and mix it well. Now add the 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder. Sauté for few seconds and turn of the stove and add minced chicken and mix it well.
Remove the potatoes from the pressure cooker and smash it as a smooth paste.
Add the smashed potatoes in to the chicken mixer and mix it as dough.
Make it as a small ball and press it, now we will get the cutlet shape.
Take mixer jar and put the rusk and make it as rough powder.
Remove the yolk from the egg and take egg white in a separate bowl.
Dip the shaped cutlet into the egg white and roll it in the rusk powder and keep it aside.
Place a kadi and pour the oil to fry the cutlets. Once the oil becomes hot put the cutlets and fry it till becomes golden brown.

Tasty and yummy chicken cutlet is ready to serve.
