Today i’m going to make Chicken Katsu which is easy and very quick to make. Didn’t have panko Bread crumbs but turned out amazing and crunchy
Ingredients:
01. Chicken Breast
02. 1 tsp Black Pepper
03. Salt
04. 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
05. 2 Eggs
06. 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs (Panko Bread Crumbs)
07. Cooking Oil
Sauce:
01. 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
02.1 tbsp Honey
03. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
04. 2 -3 tbsp Ketchup
