How to Make Chicken Raja – Delicious chicken recipe
INGREDIENTS
500gm – Chicken
1tbsp – ginger garlic paste
2tbsp – curd
1 1/2 tbsp – chilli powder
2tbsp – maida
1tbsp -rice flour
2tbsp – cashew nuts
1tbsp – kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves ) or 1/2 cup fresh fenugreek leaves
1tbsp- red chilli garlic paste ( you can replace it with only red chilli paste )
1tbsp- chilli sauce
1tsp- soya sauce
1tbsp – vinegar
2tbsp – garlic finely chopped
1tsp -ginger finely chopped
2- green chilli
2- onions finely chopped
1/2- big size capsicum
1/2 -onion
chopped coriander leaves
salt as per taste

FOR MARINATION
take chicken add ginger garlic paste , salt , chilli powder and curd , set it for 2 hour . Then mix maida and rice flour.
FOR TANDOOR
place capsicum and onion in fire till you get some burnt smell .

1: Fry the marinated chicken in the oil till they turn crispy .
2: Chop the tandoor into cubes .
3: Heat frying pan add cashew nuts fry till they are golden brown then goes garlic ,ginger and chilli . Add onions saute till translucent , add chopped capsicum , onion , vinegar ,soya sauce , chilli sauce , red chilli garlic paste and kasuri methi satue for 2 mins .
4: Add salt ,1/2 cup of water bring it to boil then add fried chicken and mix well .
5: Garnish with coriander leaves .
